The apostille-only form is for issued or certified official records needing no notarization. It is not for already-notarized documents or documents that need notarization.
Already notarized? We review it and usually complete a new Notary Geek notarization, included in the apostille fee. See that route.
Apostille-only: official record detailsNo notarization step belongs in this form. We review the facts before accepting work.
