The modern route is simpler: if the signer is ready and the document needs an online notary act, upload the document. If the document was already notarized, needs apostille, may require translation, or was rejected by a recipient, start with document review.
Notary Geek can support Spanish-speaking customers and Spanish-language documents, but the notary act, translation, apostille, and recipient acceptance are separate issues. A document being in Spanish does not automatically decide the notary wording, destination-country route, or whether a receiving party will require apostille or certified translation.
If another person is organizing the request but someone else will sign, the signer still needs to complete their own signer-side details, identity-document step, and live online notary session.

Notarization is not the same thing as translation or international acceptance.
A Florida online notary can notarize a signature when the notarial act is lawful and the signer can communicate with the notary. The notary is not approving the legal effect of the Spanish document, translating the document, or guaranteeing that a foreign recipient, court, bank, school, consulate, airline, or government office will accept it.
If the document will be used outside the United States, apostille or legalization may be part of the route. If the recipient needs an English translation, certified translation may be separate from the notary act. If the receiving party gave instructions, include those instructions with the upload or review request.

The signer must understand the process and participate directly.
Remote online notarization is not a coached or proxy signing process. The signer must communicate independently with the notary, show the required identity document, and sign during the live online session. If Spanish-language help is needed, tell Notary Geek before the session so the request can be routed correctly.
If the customer asking questions is not the signer, the best answer is usually to send the signer through the flow. There is no charge to start the signer-side intake and see the basic sequence.
